Detail: Sensei John Benedict (Yodan Renshi) Recieved his Black belt in 1981 and has been teaching for over 20 years. He opened the doors to Seigi Dai Dojo in 2003 and is widely recognized in the Martial Arts community. We offer our students the Traditional Goju Ryu method of karate as a martial art form and the unique modern techniques that will lead them to another level; providing them with a competitive edge to win the modern competitions with proper principal and attitude. Kids learn dicipline and have an outlet to release there energy properly. Adults learn an effective martial art that will bring out things they never knew possible.
