Detail: At Crino’s Martial Arts you train in two disciplines of Self Defense: Kempo Jutsu and Kempo Jiu-Jitsu (a.k.a. Shaolin Kempo); both are forms of Hawaiian Martial Arts. We specialize in both Children and Adult Programs. We are certified F.A.S.T. Defense location. (Fear, Adrenaline, Stress, Training.) F.A.S.T. is incorporated in all our Self Defense Programs. Our students learn to control a situation as they arise. We are very confident that our training can help increase an individual’s chances for survival and/or escape during a threatening situation as well as decreasing the potential for injury. We put a special emphasis on life development skills. Our training goes far beyond just learning to kick and punch. It's about building a foundation for the future, one that can make a big difference in a child's life and whether he or she lives up to their full potential. To an adult it will reinforce and strengthen the existing potential as well as help to discover new ones. We are a certified KOGA location – which combines Cardio Kickboxing and Yoga into a Great Workout for All Ages. That said, we are committed to spreading this empowering knowledge.
