As students learn Tae Kwon Do, Grand Master Kim also wants to teach how to make a better life for oneself and, by extension, one''s family and friends. The emphasis of our training is based on setting and attaining goals to reach your maximum potential; and the foundation of our training is based on respect, self control, and self confidence. Grand Master Kim believes that the ultimate goal of martial arts training is enlightenment. Through the daily practice of positive thinking, hard training, meditation and good nutrition, avoiding negative speech and thought, and giving back to the community we can keep our minds, bodies, and spirits in good health and harmony.
