Detail: Our professional staff of Instructors, along with their assistants, are here to guide you toward greater self-confidence and discipline as you improve your balance, coordination, flexibility, and reactions. Our program gradually guides you to improved cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, flexibility, increased confidence, mental discipline, self-defense capabilities, and more. It is an exciting way to get in shape and stay in shape. Our goal is for every student to become a Black Belt - not only in martial arts, but also in life. By working toward this goal we create an environment in which the student develops confidence through accomplishing high, but realistic and attainable goals. Clinton TaeKwonDo Academy provides avenues of learning to satisfy any interests - from the development of self-defense abilities and physical conditioning to the competition aspect of TaeKwonDo by participation in tournaments.
