Detail: Here at the American Self-Defense Club we stress proficiency with both hand and foot techniques. With body movement and snap punch and snap kick techniques that permit you to move in and out quickly, without committing yourself to a disadvantage position should you miss or miss judge. Learning to shift and move off angles back and forth movement and kick and punching all at the same time make you a very hard target to hit. Here at the American Self-Defense Club we work a lot of street to ground fighting. We work on techniques to counter the wrestlers and jujitsu grapplers. These types of fighters can be very dangerous if you don't know how to defend or counter against them as you see you need to be a well-rounded fighter. Weather you're on your feet or on the ground. From the very first day you start training at the American Self- Defense Club you will learn techniques and be amazed how we make it simple to learn how to defend yourself against all types of situations. You can go to the health spa and get in good shape, but what good is it if you can't defend yourself. Training at the American Self-Defense club will put you in better physical shape and mental awareness, also give you the tools to defend yourself if need be. You will strive for new and better goals, build self-confidence, end relieve stress. it is our goal at our club to give you the knowledge that may save yourself or your spouse or possibly our own children's well being. You will learn how to educate your mind to know what your to look for or how to react and what level of defense you will need for all types of confrontations. Our club is looking to make the world safe one student at a time. So many Men, women, and Children in our society today are being assaulted, raped, or possibly kidnapped; I hate to say falling into the evil plots of terrorist attacks. A1l you need to do is watch the news or read the newspaper. It is heart felt to say that so many of these situations could be possibly avoided. I believe that l can give all my students that little edge of knowledge and incite that may save their life some day. From personal experience being a parent of three children, I have a peace of mind that my own family has some knowledge of self-defense. Our club is not like any other Martial Art school you have experienced, we are a family business that takes a lot of pride and care of brining the best we have to offer to our students as a whole.
