Teaching Korean terminology for techniques, basic commands, and phrases also enriches learning. While following ancient traditions based on the five tenets of martial arts training; Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit, we also balance the benefits of martial arts training with modern living.
