Detail: At Xtreme Karate and MMA we have programs for the entire family. We have adult and youth programs that blend and mix the martial arts into awesome and Xtreme programs. For the "little guys" we have a Little Ninjas program designed specifically for ages 4-6 years old. This class is one of my favorites!!! For the kids 7-14 years old we offer American Thai-Jitsu, (which is a hybrid training system that blends Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu), and an American Karate program called "Sidekicks" that blends techniques from Karate, Hapkido, Muay Thai, Judo, and BJJ. For the adults we also offer American Thai-Jitsu but we add techniques from Wrestling, and Sambo, as well as Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. We also have an Adult Okinawan Karate-Self Defense and Weapons program that is taught by 6th degree black belt, Shihan Nathan Ogden. If you are looking for a structured Adult Self-Defense program that is taught by an experienced instructor, this program is definitely for you. Shihan Ogden earned his rank in various styles of Shorin-Ryu Karate and is the Founder of the Koshinkai-Bujutsu-Kai.
