Detail: Great Lakes Taekwondo has been offering classes for men, women, and children since September of 2003. In each of our classes you get an excellent workout in a positive environment. In all of our classes safety is a top priority. We want our students to have fun in class and not have to worry that they will be punched or kicked. We do offer sparring in both our kids and adult classes. HOWEVER, participation in sparring is not mandatory. Great Lakes Taekwondo is dedicated to teaching its students the skills required to reach their full potential of black belt and beyond. Great Lakes Taekwondo also offers a cardio kickboxing class. The class combines the kicks of martial arts and the punches from boxing for a great aerobic workout.
